All orders will be dispatched between 1-3 working days during this busy seasonal period, we aim for dispatch the following day of your order.
We use Royal Mail 24 (1-2 working days ) and Royal Mail 48 (2-3 working days ) services. We send parcels out on Royal Mail 48 for free shipping orders. Please be aware there may be deliveries delays on the run up to Christmas with the pandemic and sheer amount of online orders that will be sent through the post.
For larger orders we may use alternative couriers to the UK Mainland. Any larger orders to more remote areas (Highlands and Islands etc.) may take a little longer so please allow an extra day or two for your order to arrive.
Items may be cancelled before dispatch by the contact us form in the websites footer or you can email us at email@example.com. A full refund usually takes up to 1-3 days.
If you change your mind you can return your purchase back to us within 30 days for a no quibble refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.
If there is an issue with your parcel such as it arrived damaged, please contact us straight away and we will sort this issue out for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item arrived damaged.
