With the design-your-own cushioned lap tray, you can choose a custom image or create a collage of images and have the option to add text in a font of your choice. We’ll print your design in high-resolution with a scratch-resistant finish to keep your treasured memory safe even with regular use.

Once we receive your customised lap tray order, we’ll get to work to produce your order by hand and to the highest standards, usually within one working day, and then ship it out to your doorstep. Each lap tray has a comfortable, bean bag-style cushion underneath that contours to the shape of your lap and is made with a FSC® certified frame and 100% cotton fabric.

We have created collage templates to take the effort out of designing your own collage. Simply upload your photos, click the button for collages. Select a collage and then choose your photo for each box.

Personalised Lap Tray FAQ's

We always try to contact the customer before making the order if we notice a photo is low quality. Especially if it's a single image.

Of course, you can email your photos to us at info@laptrays.co.uk we will be happy to check for you.

We aim to get all orders made up and sent out within 1-2 working days. If there is an issue with your photo(s) and we have to contact you, that can add extra time on.

If you email your photos over to us we can help you put a design together if you're struggling with the customiser. Please bear in mind during our peak times this may not be possible.

In laymans terms they should be as big as possible for best print. A good indicator is the file size, try to use photo's over 1mb in size - more so for single image designs as they're larger than in a collage.

We always say try to avoid using screenshots, especially if you have the original photos. Upload them and you should get higher print quality. That said - if you only have screenshots, they can work in collages, as the size is smaller so it doesn't always matter as much.

The order note we send out with our parcels, don't include pricing information. So no need to worry if it's a gift!

Yes a lot of people will send directly to a recipient as a gift. We don't include the cost of product in the order for this reason.
